I really dislike the word should. When we use it in our self talk, it pulls us down and take us to a negative mental place. Make the decision today that you... are going to live life in your way; on your terms. You don’t have to take the path your parents want, or your friends or anyone else for that matter. Live by your own light. ‘Should’ won’t lead you to a life that you love. Do something that makes you joyful. Love yourself so much that all of the ‘should’ thoughts are pushed out.
