Had an amazing family from Arkansas looking to relocate to Huntington Beach, CA. Due to distance; I personally went property to property to face time and give a tour. Once settled on a property we put the offer in. After a week of complying with all terms and purchasing the cashier’s checks; the owner seen photos of my client’s. Within two hours he pulled the rug beneath them and refused to rent to them! To break the news to this family was so heartbreaking; however, I was de...termined to find them a house by their deadline date. I worked around the clock and exactly 48 hours later they were signing a lease at the new property. Not only is this place guarded 24 hrs by a guard, it has tennis courts, parks, and pools. The property itself is newly remodeled with new appliances. The vaulted ceilings and the spiral staircasing leading to the loft/office is just a little special touch.
