Homeless Prenatal Program

This #GivingTuesday help the Homeless Prenatal Program continue to provide much-needed emergency services to San Francisco families. With the demand for supportive services at an unprecedented high, HPP remains committed to providing crisis management and remote case management as well as weekly emergency services for food, diapers, formula, back rent and utility bills. Meet Lilli! As Program Director, Lilli manages HPP's core programs with balance, resourcefulness and creativity ... qualities she's also applied to her porch "office". With more families than ever seeking HPP's support for the first-time, Lilli has been working overtime to ensure Case Managers have everything they need to respond to such increased community demand.

Yesterday Stretch the Imagination delivered 8,850 diapers and 7,380 wipes to replenish HPP’s diaper bank. We are so grateful, thank you!

Meet Esteban! As a part of the Operation Team at HPP, Esteban works hard every week to set up our emergency food distribution on Fridays. Since shelter-in-place, HPP has distributed over 10,000 emergency food bags to families in need. Thats a big lift! Thank you for all you do, Esteban!

Meet Rachel! Ever since the shelter-in-place order, Rachel has been making home deliveries to familes. As HPP's Director of Housing and Partnerships, Rachel loves being able to check in with recently-housed families all around the Bay.

Meet Mary! Every week, Mary shops at the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank to purchase pantry staples for unsheltered families. These items, purchased in bulk as possible, are generally portable and don't require much kitchen-prep. As a part of the Donations Team at HPP, Mary's work is especially-focused on making sure HPP families don't go hungry.

Bringing relief to homeless and low-income families has been even more critical during these times, thank you for your ongoing support!
