Herbert's Overhead Maintenance-Roof and Gutter Maintenance

It has been a minute since we checking in with our FB peeps. We are all healthy and still cleaning Nevada County one roof at a time! We are now scheduling for the Spring. Sarah is behind on reminder calls and will be working on that in the coming week. If you were expecting a call in January or February, you will be getting it soon! It must be Fall!! It is bitter sweet to announce that we will only be taking new requests for Roof and Gutter Maintenance and small roof leak repairs until the New Year. Between what we have in the works right now and what we have to do in our maintenance program we are booked! Everyone has been contacted for September maintenance. Sarah is working on calling everyone for October now...then November and December. If we do have any availablity for roof and gutter maintenance it will be in December. Thanks again Nevada County for your continued support, we appreaciate you!

A little over 2 weeks left and Fall arrives! Our favorite time of year! Those of you who are on our maintenance list for October, November and December will be contacted soon. November and December is pretty much full but we will not know for sure until everyone is scheduled. Over the years, we have filled our Fall schedule with maintaining 162 privately owned homes, 5 property managers/landlords and 2 commercial properties. This keeps Pat on his toes! Thank you Nevada County for embrasing our service and for coming back each and every year! Feel good knowing that you have helped support this small, family owned business.
