Holly and Associates has always been committed to supporting the youth community in Sonoma County. We had an opportunity to team up with the San Francisco-based firm TwobyDesign and host two Juniors from Healdsburg High School's internship program, where students spend 6 days at a local business conducting career research in a field of their interest. Our President, Justin Hunter, took these young gentlemen to visit three different job sites to walk them through construction plans and give some insight into the day-to-day life of working in the Construction and Architecture industries. In addition, the students were mentored in basic career skills such as workplace etiquette, resume drafting, and interview preparation. Thank you for showing them around, Justin!
