Yo fam! Next Tuesday we are back with INSPIRED TO MOVE! This class is by far our most comprehensive class in that we truly delve into what it looks like to live a life of Holistic Fitness. We train our bodies hard physically, but we also take the time to learn about nutrition, sleep, rest, hydration, spirituality, and overall wellness. This class meets at a church and is based in the Christian faith, but all are welcome to join the life changing time we spend together! We meet at the Movement Church in San Marcos and the class meets at 7 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 5 weeks ending with Thanksgiving! What a better way to earn your time of thankfulness and rest! We took a few weeks off cause of this crazy thing called MARRIAGE! It’s been insane. Thank you to everyone for your support and friendship. That said.. we’re back in biz!
