One of my dear clients wrote her birth story out and shared it! Sometimes our birth plans don't unfold the way we want them to, but they are the stories that shape us, and make us who we are as mother's (and midwives). I'm so proud to serve the families that I do; especially this one. They're an inspiration to resilience and to rolling with the waves life sends. My inspiration.

Some of my favorite items to take to births these days. @ecovessel because I love to bring infused tea to keep myself hydrated and energized. My @samsung Galaxy... Active 2 for those water babies, and my @alteclansingofficial speaker for setting the tone and creating a peaceful environment when needed. The last couple births I attended, the laboring mom's really enjoyed @christianhypnobirthing.
