Hello Friends! I am looking to connect with other voice teachers or choral directors in the SCV to form the Voice Teacher's Association of Santa Clarita Valley. Meghan Trainor is right. The vocal folds are muscles. They can be pulled, sprained, calloused, and injured in a number of ways. It's important to know and understand how to treat them right in order to avoid injury. I'm happy to see articles like this to spread awareness!
