HGS Beauty Studio will be enforcing a new policy! Unfortunately some have ruined it for all. Please understand this isn’t personal in any way just business. This is our job in which we provide for our family. Please do not ask for any discount it’s rude. Please understand you are paying for our time, experience, and artistry. For Cancellations: Please give us a 12 hour notice. Its very rude to not communicate with your stylist. We understand things come up but please be cons...iderate of us as well. It’s unfair to other clients who would like to book as well but can’t because we have reserved that slot time for you. It is also unfair to us as stylists. If a 12 hour notice isn’t given you’ll have to pay half of your service fee that you were scheduled for. If you choose not to that’s fine but you will not be booked until it’s paid. If this happens again you’ll be asked to pay the full service fee. If it happens a third time you will not be booked again it isn’t fair to us. Our time is money. We do not get paid hourly we get paid by booking clients and they show up for their appointments. No call/No show: You’ll need to pay your full service fee if you’d like to book again or I will not book you! Thank you for understanding and thank you for all our clients who have supported us for so long!
