Congratulations to Randy and Greg on this sale that was many months in the making. During the pandemic, the duo represented the original seller, the buyer that renovated the house from top to bottom and then the buyer of the finished product after it was put up for sale. It was a labor of love from everyone involved that helped make it a beautiful property with the most exquisite touches. The house includes a gourmet kitchen, beautiful living space, stunning bathrooms, a comfortable home office, and a beautiful backyard perfect for spending days and evenings outside. It had multiple offers and the end result made the owners and buyers very happy!

Such a lovely idea from the Westside Neighborhood Council! Let's support our neighborhood businesses this weekend and make them our Valentine! Go to the WNC website http://wncla.org/ and print out a Valentine to take to your favorite local business to show them you care (and also buy something, dine outside or get takeout!). From the WNC - "Our businesses are in a critical state. Many have trimmed staff, hours of operation and are hanging on by a thread. Now is the time to not only shop local but to SHOW our local stores you care about them. That you understand how hard it has been for them and that you want them to survive and stay with us in our community."
