We set sail at noon from the Santa Barbara Harbor on a beautiful yacht and comfortably navigate the Pacific until we anchor just above our ocean wine cellar. On board, you’ll enjoy wonderfully prepared Hors d’oeuvres, paired with select wines, craft beer, and refreshments. After this incredible tasting experience, our philanthropic partner; the Channel Island Marine and Wildlife Institution (CIMWI) will release two of the rescued and rehabilitated sea lions back to their oceanic home. CIMWI’ President and Founder; Sam Dover will explain CIMWI’s mission to positively impact conservation through marine mammal rescue, rehabilitation, research and education to promote ocean and human health. On our scenic journey back to harbor, our chef will serve a luncheon prepared from garden-fresh gourmet salads and delicious catches of the day from Santa Barbara Harbor’s Saturday Fisherman’s Market. We’ll enjoy crab, shrimp, rockfish, ling cod, black cod, halibut, urchin, abalone (sustainably farmed of course!). Once we've returned back to the harbor and safely anchored, our valued guests will board the trusted and versatile "Danny C to hand pick a bottle fresh from the ocean’s cellar ($300 value) to continue the adventure and create your personal Ocean Fathoms’ experience. Please note, our Team will make every effort to make this incredible experience as safe as possible. We ask every guest and Team member to comply with COVID -19 safety protocols. Ocean Fathoms will measure all guests’ temperature prior to boarding the yacht, we will provide masks, hand sanitizer, frequent cleaning and use of disinfecting wipes of the public areas on the yacht. This once in a lifetime experience will also include a special gift bag from Ocean Fathoms. Reservations are first come, first served and is very limited.
