***Medical Device Recall Alert*** The BD company has issued a voluntary recall of multiple lots of the BD PosiFlush SF (Sterile Field) Saline Flush Syringe 10m...L. Affected lots are listed in the statement on the company website (link below). The reason for the recall is the appearance of tiny holes in the product packaging that may compromise the sterile field and increase a patient's chance to develop an infection. While we are not aware of the inclusion of this product with any particular factor therapy, there is the possibility it may have been distributed by one or more specialty pharmacies for use in flushing a port, tubing or similar. If you have this product at home, please check the lot numbers and contact your specialty pharmacy or hemophilia treatment center if you have a concern. Thank you to all the chapters in California that they brought the biggest Spanish conference to Anaheim this past weekend , where all the families that attended had such a great time ... also the excellent work of the speakers that delivered great educational material

We had our second men’s brunch support group and we thank those guys that join us and also thanks to Octapharma for continued support of this program that will continue doing once a month, so if you miss this one , we will announced our next meeting soon .
