This is a picture from last years Hearts on Fire Concert at The Big Red Church. Over 300 people came out to hear us and support our scholarship program. It was ...awesome. Tonight would have been our 2020 Concert at the Big Red Church. Due to COVID, we are unable to do it this year. Yes we are all VERY sad but we all want to continue making music in the future so we are all doing our part to keep the world safe. Please come join us on Friday December the 4th as we will do a Hearts on Fire ZOOM concert. We will be highlighting individual choir members and show clips from last years amazing show. Tap the photo to see the film. Last fall and into the early spring I was working on what was supposed to be a documentary chronicling Fresno’s Hearts on Fire’s practice/performance cycle for 2019. Then Covid-19 happened, and the project was put on hold. This short film is based on the many, many hours of interview, practice, and performance footage gathered in preparation for producing that documentary. I hope you enjoy...Michael B.
