Earlier this month I spoke to a small group of people about "Unleashing the Energy of Physical Vitality." Though the group was small, roughly 12 people, most age groups and levels of physical fitness were represented. One particularly inspiring man, 82, was recovering from a near death experience that had happened just days prior. This man, we'll call him "J," was particularly interested in hearing about how he could benefit from the talk, despite his fragile state. After ask...ing J a few questions about his life, his motivations, etc. it came out that J spent much of his time meditating and studying religion. J's energy increased noticeably as he talked about his rituals. We realized that the key to energizing J's life was to focus on his spiritual development. I can't wait to do another lecture like this to help other people find the key to unlocking their energy and vitality. I am confident that people of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from this work. See more
