What are you doing right in this moment? I mean besides scrolling through social media. Put your timer on. Take 30 seconds to just PAUSE. Yes, right now. Connect with your senses. Take a giant breath. Feel your body, notice the taste in your mouth, put your hand on your heart and belly. You're alive, you're enough and it's already all okay.

Do you remember yourself as a kid playing tag? Running around trying not to get caught? There was always a safety zone just a few steps away. When you got there, you smiled and body relaxed, it was a huge relief. You were protected. All grown up now, I feel we adults are still looking for that sense of protection. I know I was when I found this path. I used to think it was dissociating from my body, what I've learned is safety is in how present I can be. ... How grounded I am and aware of what's really going on, the subtleties. Protection isn't in hiding. Presence is protection. #returntosacred #presenceisprotection
