Good Afternoon Everyone! The HPOA would like to announce that we have a new look to our HPOA badge AND a brand new website! Go visit us at: healdsburgpoa.com and/or healdsburgpoa.org

The HPOA wanted to make everyone aware that scam calls are on the rise! We have been getting reports of people receiving calls from what appear to be numbers belonging to the police department, banks, etc. where the caller states they are requesting donations or accounts have been fraudulently accessed. The people who are making these calls do not have any affiliation with the actual businesses and if they request personal information do not give them any! We have had many people state that they have been requested to get gift cards from various places in order to fix a fraudulent transaction. NEVER will a legitimate business ask for gift cards! Please be aware and stay vigilant!

A look back at the year of 2020. While it has been a challenging time for all, it has also been a time for giving and for the community that we serve to come together to make it easier for those that are struggling. The HPOA would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and we hope 2021 is a year for healing and normalcy! Stay safe everyone!

The HPOA is grateful for community members like Isaura Llamas, Ali Llamas Quattrocchi, and Leti Llamas who have generously donated canned/perishable goods for the HPD Dispatcher's Canned Food Drive. We have had an outpouring of donations and we still have until December 21st at Noon to accept as many donations as possible. Help us fill the rest of our lobby with donations for the Healdsburg Food Pantry and win the competition with the other dispatch centers in the county to... show Healdsburg's generosity and kindness. Food Bank Guidelines Include: -No glass -No perishables -No open items -No homemade items Most Needed Items: -Tuna/Canned Meat -Peanut Butter -Canned Soups, stews and chili -Cereal -High Protein granola bars -Trail Mix/nuts

The HPOA would like to introduce our newest Police Officer Kyle Greer! Officer Greer graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College Extended Police Academy in 2018 and has worked for the Marin County Sheriff's Department in their Correction's Division for the past 2 years. Officer Greer will be a tremendous asset to this department and we are happy to have him part of the team. Join us in welcoming Officer Kyle Greer to our community!
