Shared this last year from @blessingmanifesting and love that even before this weird world of distancing, when we are cut off from some of our normal self-care, so many of these are still realistic. What would you add?

This is one of my favorite grief theories. While it is not always appropriate to continue the bond with someone after their death when it is I feel this theory is very helpful.

This short message is about the importance of the grieving process and the power of ritual.
