Greetings Yoga friends Due to the recent events, we have all been affected by, I have decided that it is in the best interest to cancel my classes until further notice. I will be sure to let you know when this changes! Also keep an eye out for our newsletter emails (if you want to be added to that list, please message me your email address). Sandy will resume her classes beginning this Sunday (3/22) with "Let's Relax" yoga. With weather permitting she will be at the studio Su...nday-Tuesday. Greetings Blue Iris Friends, Due to the recent events we have all been affected by, our team has decided that it is in the best interest for all to temporarily close the studio. Starting today 3/17, all classes are canceled. Sandy plans to resume Let's Relax on Sunday 3/22. We will update if anything changes. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that you continue to nourish your mind and bodies at home. Thursday nights from 7:00-8:15pm is Vee's All Levels Yoga class which is suitable for attendees with or without yoga experience. In this class, we focus on breath, form, and mindfulness. In the traditional Hatha Yoga style, this class has a slow pace cultivating awareness and presence. Poses are held longer allowing the stretch to move more deeply into the body. Classes usually include standing and seated postures, as well as a reclining meditation at the close. The atmosphere is warm-hearted and friendly, with a splash of playfulness.
