They specialize in fire prevention and brush and tree clearing and do incredible work ridiculously efficiently, which keeps costs down to the consumer. As an Administrative Assistant here at Hat Creek Construction and Materials, Inc., you will work as support role to every department. This position will give a complete oversight of our business operations. You will work closely with our Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounts Payable Managers to assure operations are being completed in an efficient manner. A day as an Administrative Assistant consists of answering direct phone calls from our customers, inserting payroll into ...our accounting software and overall supporting other functions within our office. This opportunity is great for someone who wants to learn more about the office admin environment and the construction industry. Responsibilities & Duties: Material Sales Billing Assist Accounts Payable by tracking incoming invoices and distributing them to corresponding managers. Assist Payroll with inserting employee time cards into our software system and communicate with operations. Manage office inventory to help our team work in an efficient matter Answer phone calls directly from our customers Weighing Material Trucks Candidate Profile: Proficient in Microsoft Office Organizational Skills Verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking skills Quick-learning skills Detail-oriented

This week we kicked off our Caltrans CIR project near Keeler, CA. Roughly a 7.5 Hour drive south of God’s country that we call home. We have been very blessed the last few years to have a lot of work near our homes. But we are also very blessed to have team members that never hesitate to go where the work is...Bishop, Idaho, Lone Pine, Keeler. We recognize how hard this is on our team and their families.
