The Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly joins the country and the world in celebrating the historic election of the 46th President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., and the country's first-ever female Vice President, Kamala Harris, alumna of UC Hastings, Class of 1989.

Our first issue of the year, "Black Lives Matter," is available now! In the words of our Editor-in-Chief, Richelle Gernan, this collection of works touches on the deeply rooted racism and inequities in this country and how centuries of power imbalances have left our democracy hanging on by a thread and produced the current constitutional crisis.
