A Thanksgiving thank you to all our employees and customers for helping to make 2012 another successful year. We couldn't do it without all of you!

Big thanks to the Engineering and Program Management teams for traveling on the busiest week of the year to support an important customer's program kick off meeting.

Excellent tours of Kaiser Aluminum Alexco and Turbo Resources thanks to the SpeedNews Conference. Finished with a visit to the Apache helicopter manufacturing line which is always impressive.

We'll be at Airshow China next week in Zhuhai and the Speednews conference for Business Jets in Phoenix. This will round out our major conferences and shows for 2012.

We just finished up a great week in Orlando at the NBAA. Thanks to Hartzell Propeller staff for organizing the stand and Gordon Cuthbertson for supporting our engineering sales effort.
