We are so excited to announce that we will be participating in the Big Day of Giving this year! This is our 1st year in, hooray! This wonderful yearly event is put on by the Sacramento Community Regional Foundation to help support non-profits in our area! This organization has raised over $52 million dollars since they started in 2013. This exciting event will take place on Thursday May 6th, 2021. Took in an entire family of 6 today. The owner passed away and left behind this sweet, scared bunch. They are a Chihuahua Shih Tzu mix. Between the ages of 6-8. They are all in amazing foster homes. Remember sweet Betty pulled from the shelter 18 months ago? Well look who is still thriving!!! Thank you so much to her amazing fospice family that hand feeds her her meal and loves on her daily. We love you Betty!

ADOPTED!!! Sweet 14 year old Strudel found her forever home. Talk about striking it rich! Her mama actually adopted her last dog by walking into the shelter and asking which one has been there the longest. She has a heart for the seniors. Enjoy your new life Strudel. Sweet 14 year old dachshund in need of a fospice (foster hospice). Strudle’s owner passed away and she is looking for a home to spend her remaining time. Very sweet and ok with dogs.
