A big day for Compass

Today Compass became a public company. I’m grateful to be part of this milestone. Since it’s start, Compass has been focused on building an unprecedented eco-system or FOUNDATION upon which we can build. In real estate we never see finish lines.....we celebrate milestones, we always seek to deliver more than our clients expect from us. This is the beginning of something very special.

Who wins offers for their buyers? ME! I’m on a roll. This is number three in a row in one of LA’s most historically competitive real estate markets ever! We won over 10 other offers! In a neighborhood that only has a good listing go to market about every 3-4 weeks-nearly zero inventory with hundreds of buyers waiting for any single family home to open up. We did not skip a beat, I was glued to my laptop & phone for 48 hours, but all the hard paid off for this one. It was true teamwork. First with my buyers and also with the listing team, lender, and my team at Compass. Does anyone know a good massage therapist? Lol...

Have you ever had that moment when you see the Matrix in your career? It’s like no obstacle can get in your way...tonight was one of those nights for me. Look out 15 years of real estate starting in the Wild West of Costa Rica to the shark filled seas of Los Angeles...I finally feel broken in! Lol

Stepping into the future

As we reflect on our past year of sales at HHG, we wanted to recognize a few of our client’s achievements. This notable celebrity mid-century home in Laurel Canyon was a first time renovation project for one of my dearest clients. By trade my client is an established European and Los Angeles artist/director, however she was inspired by the true to era bones of this post & beam mid-century residence. She took an artist’s approach of perfection when designing the renovation. No...t a dime was spared, while she contracted well known local artists for various pieces throughout. She also took advantage of Compass’s Concierge Program that offers up front funding at zero interest or cost to make improvements to increase home value.
