Want to know the secret to getting confetti to stick to the sides of a balloon? Inflate with part air and part helium! We usually put about 4-5 pumps of air in an 11 balloon before filling the rest with helium. Confetti balloons can be tied to the backs of chairs, included in a bouquet or balloon garland. Confetti + balloons makes an instant party!

Tissue tassel garland, but with Star Wars vibes.

Creating a focal point for your celebration is easy using a dining/console/sofa/buffet table you already have. Hang a tissue paper garland along the front and balloon garland above.
