Delta Fitness 01.05.2021

Interesting turn. Ive been working on gaining muscle for the past 2 years. My gain is small: 1.5 lbs muscle. Workouts are hard and consistent. Seemed a bit disappointing. However, i did not take into account a great surprise. I lost quite a bit of visceral fat. If the data is correct, i went from 24% to 11%. Pre-kids waistline returning. If you are wondering why the midsection is still thick, check visceral.

Ive had 6 months to experiment with knee pain in 60+ year olds. If its not directly related to strucural deformity, then its the Eileen syndrome. I made up this name to call it something. What does that mean? It means that the quadriceps have dimished quite a bit. Your strength is affected alot. Good news, with the right exercises it is possible to regain some strengrh and diminish pain. . Alternatively, there is knee replacement but that comes at a big price. kn...ee replacement is amputation. They dont use those words but they must remove the joint (amputate it) and put in titanium. You still have to do lots of work to get good results there too. Stay informed. There is always another way. Best. See more
