The time has finally come.... we officially open to the public today! Thankfully the weather won’t be too hot this weekend and we look forward to seeing everyone again Friday-Sunday 11-5pm. Due to new county regulations, our tasting room is closed for standard tastings for the time being. Please call or email to make your reservation for our outdoor, covered seating areas and we look forward to pour for you and see you all!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and we hope you have a fantastic New Year’s! Hansen’s Cab House will be closed until January 9th. We look to seeing you on Friday, January 10th, 2020. Let’s create some amazing memories in the New Year!

It’s a sad Sunday for our nation. We here at Hansen raise a glass, and make a toast, a toast in the honor of the lives lost and people wounded. Impromptu vineyard tour with Bruce! Everyone had a blast!! join us this weekend - we have ac so you’ll stay cool

Last night’s Cab Challenge was one for the record books! We had eleven - yes count them - eleven 2006(ish) Cabs to blind taste. And the winner was (drumroll please): A limited-edition 2006 Berlinger Vineyards, specifically Howell Mountain, Napa Valley. There was a tie for 2nd place: 2006 Le Cuvier (which was extra special as John himself was there!) and 2005 Duckhorn Vineyards, Candlestick Vineyard. Thank you to all who participated to make a magical evening. Great conversation and thanks for the fabulous food!!!

Bruce opened up a 2005 for a special occasion and we have to say - look at that cork!! It’s a perfect closure. We were able to open the bottle easily (no crumbling) and you can see how high quality the cork is as it has few marks. Great attention to detail, Bruce!!
