Karla is the winner of our 2020 Employee of the Year Award. Our employee of the year goes to someone that displays all the great qualities that go into all the other awards. There is rarely a time when Karla isn't smiling, and if she's not it's because she has a mask on, and you can't tell that she really is. She is customer service focused, patient, thorough, kind, and hard working. Our residents and staff always sing high praises of Karla. She is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the residents she cares for are always happy and taken care of. Thank you, Karla, and congratulations on being the Hanford Post-Acute Employee of the Year for 2020.

Ou is the winner of our 2020 Customer Service Award. Ou leaves an impact wherever he works in the facility. Whether it's with our residents, other staff members, or management; everyone Ou has been around is better because of it. Ou goes out of his way to ensure that our residents therapy needs, and goals are met; and that they are always progressing under his care. We are always hearing words of praise from those who are around him. Thank you for always making customer service a priority. Congratulations Ou!

Barbara is the winner of our 2020 Administrative Employee of the Year Award. Barbara has been amazing because she stepped into a management role on very short notice, with little to no training in some of the job duties but has excelled in every way. She has been able to keep calm in stressful situations and help to rebuild rapport with other staff members all while being able to laugh every step of the way. There isn't a day that goes by that we don't hear her laugh echo down a hallway. Thank you, Barbara, and congratulations!

Christina is the winner of our 2020 Team Player Award. Christina has filled many different roles for us over the last year from working as a CNA on the floor, filling our Social Services Director role while our current director was out on maternity leave, and is now our administrative assistant. She has been willing to step up and work when and where needed without hesitation. We feel that there is no one more deserving of this award for 2020. Congratulations Christina!
