Got a call on this beautiful Sunday afternoon from an apartment complex with over flowing drains. We have already cleared this line prior and the owners didn't approve the permanent fix. Needless to say it back up again and flooded the office and the downstairs hallway. Here is a short clip of the condition of the cast iron and how we deal with it now that the permanent repair has been approved.

TRAINING DAY!!! We are having several of our guys out at the facility today to get cross trained on our descaling and reinstatement tools.
