Ten steps for a quick architectural model. This one is for an exciting project we are working on in Downtown Madera. It is a multi-story affordable housing project at an active intersection. Our goals include consideration for private living spaces, active open spaces, landscape to mediate between public street and private living space and providing the downtown with a building that has elements that make it unique for Madera and convey an urban city feel.
