Do you have that person on your list you cannot think of ANYTHING to get them for the holidays?! I feel you. The oi oil and hair milk are probably my top 2 favorite @davinesnorthamerica products. Who doesn’t need an amazing hair oil or leave in conditioner?!? If that doesn’t feel like a good fit for them, we also have a TON of amazing products that would make a great gift too! Send me a text or dm to reserve your products Ana we’ll set up a time for you to come pick it up! Talk about easy!

I had this caption all planned out, then Ca salons got closed for the third time. Let’s give it a go anyways... You’ve never worked unless you’ve worked as a hairdresser in DECEMBER. (Unless it’s 2020) It’s true, it can get a little crazy in the salon during the holidays (unless it’s 2020), but I’m so grateful for my job. This year has shown me how lucky I am to be able to do my job and serve my clients! This year has been a tough one and I get to make people feel good about ...themselves in a time where we can all use a little pep in our step. What has this year shown you about your job or life? I’d love to hear!

There has been so much talk about supporting small businesses this year and as a small business, I just want to say thank you! When you get your hair done with me, purchase products at the salon, buy gift cards, refer your friends, like + comment on my posts, and send me thoughtful messages, it means the world to me! I wouldn’t have been able to survive this year without you and your continued support is so needed! Thank you so much for this year.... I’d love to know, what other small businesses are you supporting this holiday season? Tag some in the comments, I’d love to check them out!

Happy anniversary to my main squeeze I can’t believe we’ve been married for 7 years! We’ve made it through many obstacles together, even a pandemic. Hopefully next year we’ll get to celebrate a little bigger, this year it’s lounging with the kids and take out! Love you hunny

When looking for a salon home, I knew that I wanted every single inch of it to be thought out to create a unique experience for YOU! From the colors, the natural light, amenities, our community table, retail lines, the boss babe mentality from every single one of my co workers, it was all considered. I knew Salon 1506 was the salon for me, it’s my little home away from home. I miss doing great hair and catching up with my amazing clients!

Attention clients! Did you know this? How you take care of your hair at home is the most important part of your service! That’s right. I can spend hours on your hair making it look amazing, but I’m only with you for a few hours every few weeks or even months! How your hair looks day to day is totally dependent on what products you are using when you’re not in the salon. If you’re not using a good shampoo and conditioner or any styling products you definitely need to invest i...n some especially during the summer. What is your favorite take-home product and why? Attention: It’s time to treat yourself and your hair! With the craziness of the last few months, not being able to get a haircut, summer heat, rocking a few too many top knots, the list can go on! Your hair deserves a little extra tlc. Treat yourself to an Olaplex #3 treatment once a week and you and your hair will than me later. Here’s a quick break down of the process:... Step 1: Start with damp, towel dried hair. Step 2: Apply olaplex section by section and comb through for even distribution of product. Step 3: Leave in hair for a minimum of 10 minutes, then shampoo and conditioner hair. Step 4: Enjoy your extra soft and hydrated hair! Have you been wondering what type of treatment to try at home? Leave a comment below and I’ll send you my suggestions for your hair!

My goal is for my clients to have that feeling every. single. appointment! After your hair appointment, which one is you? a) I immediately take a selfie b) I play with it in the mirror... c) I can’t stop touching my hair d) all the above! Let me know in the comments! Calling all curly & wavy girls! Have you been taking this time to wear your hair natural? I’ve always struggled with my natural hair. I feel prettier when it’s straight, I get to frizzy and throw it up in a bun and usually I just don’t feel like I did my hair when I wear it natural! What are some of your struggles with your wavy or curly hair? Quarantine number 2 I’d like to make some tutorials for my girls with texture. Let me know in the comments below

Have you ever had a hairstylist tell you no? You want to make a big change, you bring in photos, you’ve thought about it for a while so you make an appointment and you walk in and you tell your stylist and they say No. It can be a hard pill to swallow, but I’m going to challenge you and let you know that they are probably saying no for a reason. As a hairstylist, my top priority is the integrity of your hair and I have to say no sometimes when I don’t think the hair can h...andle a big color change or the inspiration photos doesn’t match your lifestyle. Does that mean I don’t want to do your hair? Absolutely not. Does that mean I want you to have hair left when you leave? Absolutely! Now one thing I do say is no, not right now but. which is usually followed by a plan on how to get there one day. It may look like starting the process that day and laying out a plan of treatments, frequent trims, and a few months of slowly getting there. Have you been thinking about making a big change? Comment below and let’s have a digital consultation! I’d love to make a customized plan for you and your hair!
