FINALLY the news we’ve all been waiting for! June 9th I will be starting my new schedule! Tuesday-Friday, and the last Sunday of every month! Sounds weird right? Well it is possible this is just a temporary schedule to keep my life running smoothly at this moment! We will have some rules and regulations, which I will make a separate post about tomorrow, but today has cause for celebration! Let me charge my phone and start texting my Hairlove babes!

I feel very strange that I have to post something like this. But sometimes it just needs to be restated. Please keep your words as kind as possible through this insanity. There have been other stylists, faithful guests, and businesses out there judging and showing a side that no one wants to see. Please remember we are all humans. In my personal situation, I am only ONE HUMAN, with a crappy immune system, and a laundry list of things that need to happen before I can go back t...o doing hair! My biggest point is that we are all ALLOWED to do and say and feel whatever we want, but please keep the comparisons and judgmental comments far far away. Just because Tom at So-and-So’s salon is keeping appointments and doors open doesn’t mean that’s EVERYONE. Just because the county says we can open, it doesn’t mean I will be opening at the first second I can. Supplies need to be purchased, people need to be booked, shifts and clients need to be staggered. And I will say this only one more time, hair is not essential. My life is. I am not willing to put anyone, let alone myself, at risk. And if you think I am a snowflake or a sheep or a follower, I would suggest maybe we part ways. This is not the time to be negative or mean. This is the time to be understanding, and supportive. See more

So opening May 1 is just not happening. We are keeping things where they are and not scheduling until we have a final date to reopen. I am doing at home color kits for ONLY my root touch up/grey coverage. I also have deep conditioner available for those babes with brittle hair. This is also only for my already regular guests.
