I love getting to play with some rich brunette tones! It’s so pretty! . Swipe to see her before picture. She had old grown out highlights so we did balayage on her and toned her with @Redken #shadeseq . We decided on balayage because she wanted a subtle lift with warm tones. Since that’s easily achievable with balayage, it’s the best option because it’s the gentlest way you can lift the hair.... . Her hair felt sooo silky and smooth after. A little rose gold action! . Jade has been coming to me for a couple years, first we did a color correction on her and then she decided to put black and red box color over it! (bad girl!) . So she came back we did another color correction and her hair wasn’t in the best shape. We had to cut it. Since then she’s been really good at getting regular glosses.... . With @redken #shadeseq we can do different colors and tones on her without compromising the health of her hair. (I can’t believe how long and healthy her hair has gotten) Here I played around with the 6Rvo and pastel pink. . In a couple months we will do another lightening session on her so she can start doing some lighter pastels. Hi! I’m Jamie, the face behind @hairbyjamie_b I don’t do this often enough so I wanted to introduce myself! . First of all, I’m not used to being in front of the camera, in fact, I hate it. I’m used to being behind the scenes so being in the spotlight always feels a little awkward. Thankfully I have @giannachristinaphoto as my friend and photographer and she just makes you feel so comfortable, it’s always fun to shoot with her! . I grew up in San Clemente, Ca. I always say I’...m into one foot forward sports. Surfing, skating, snowboarding and wakeboarding. Im goofy foot at everything except skating (so weird I know!!) I’m definitely a Tom boy at heart! . I’ve always had an artistic side to me. I love sketching and calligraphy. I’ve also known from a young age that I love doing hair. . When I figured out that hair is art, I knew I found my passion in life. . I’m a mommy to 3 beautiful girls. (The reason I look so tired all the time ) I want to raise them to be strong, confident women who raise up other women. .
