Vanilla blonde Check out this color correction I did!she had all over red hair before then she stripped out the bright red herself which left a peachy and slightly red color in the hair swipe to the end to see before pic Her seamless roots beautifully blended using Joico Blonde Life and Defy damage pro series to help protect and strengthen her hair in the process #Blondehair #balayage #behindthechair #colorcorection #hairbyalishaserna #sacramentohair

#repost @laquenailbar How can any health official, OSHA, or the Board think this is okay to subject staff and clients to sit outside in 108 degree weather an...d perform services? Business owners would have been sued, fined and had their license revoked 5 months ago if they did this! THIS IS INHUMANE, but people have no other choice! They tell us to trust research and science, it has been 6 weeks since I requested the research and science from our officials, which warranted moving services outdoors. Nothing received. The worst part, if a customer suffers a heat stroke, or is injured, you are responsible, because the rules dictate that each salon must have a heat stroke prevention area. The scariest part, your insurance doesn’t cover you, because you are outside your licensed establishment. Can you guess how many states require salons to work outside or stay closed? ONLY ONE, California. Go to school for over 1,500 hours; pay thousands of dollars in tuition; spend $200,000 to open a salon; pay $10,000 a month in rent; then be forced to work on a dirty sidewalk outside of your clean and safe salon. For how long? If you guys were on the call with the state officials couple of weeks ago, their response was months. See more
