Amanda and the rest of the H2Go Team are excited to see you (trust us, there is a huge smile under Amanda's mask). As we have since we reopened a few weeks ago, we are taking every precaution possible to keep our customers, employees and communities safe. Masks, gloves, wipe-downs of vacuum plaza nozzles and pay-kiosks, distancing of team members, and credit card only (sorry for the inconvenience) are all being implemented. Bathrooms will remain closed and vacuum plazas will have a limited supply of hoses to help maintain greater distancing. If you need to speak to a manager please remain outside of the office. We would like to take a moment to update you on what H2Go Express Car Wash is doing in light of COVID-19. Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees. We're closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and International Carwash Association (ICA). The cleanliness of our wash locations is always a top priority for us and now more than ever. In ...addition to our regular cleaning procedures, increased sanitization measures are being added to all locations with extra attention to our pay kiosks, vacuum plazas, and offices. To create a sanitary environment, we are: Disinfecting our pay kiosks every twenty minutes Disinfecting our vacuum nozzles, air guns, and mat cleaners every hour Requiring our employees to wash their hands every hour Wearing disposable gloves at all times and changing them frequently Disinfecting our bathrooms and offices frequently Providing disinfecting wipes to customers upon request To create social distance, we are: Refraining from having an attendant assist at our pay kiosks, unless expressly needed Discontinuing dispersement of dashboard wipes Discontinuing sales of microfiber towels, air fresheners, and gift cards Requiring employees to stay home if exhibiting any concerning symptoms Our managers and attendants have been trained to uphold and practice these measures. During your visit to H2Go Express Car Wash, we encourage you to stay in the comfort of your vehicle - and we encourage you to leave your windows rolled up for the majority of the time. A unique aspect of our business, allowing us to stay open thus far, is that our unlimited club members can visit with complete confidence (no need to roll down a window). For all others, we encourage you to follow proper health guidelines (washing or sanitizing your hands) after the brief period you are using the pay kiosks. Please know that we are here for you.
