What a difference only one year makes..........How you do at anything should set the standard to how you do everything. I always make sure to put the ME in all my endeavors or not do it at all. Crossing paths with @_sugz_ has been nothing short of the universe God has created that brought us together. Even before he was my coach my guy was there with me every step of the way even on stage together lol. Man thank you for taking me in your community your tribe, the attentio...n to detail you give each and every one of us...how much you personally care for each of us. We are here to the damn wheels fall off then we walking from there and crawling on our bellies after . Now to all my hitters that Rocked this thing out with me, held it down for GymFood Fitness when I needed it the most.
