The continued professionalism as we all navigated through the Ever changing requests from underwriters during the Times of great caution from the underwriter due to the local fires on top of the ongoing concerns with COVID.

He got it done. 9 months with the Corona virus, 6 months in escrow, he got me a super low interest rate. Our debt to income ratio was border line. This loan will save me one thousand five hundred dollars a month and consolidate all my payments into one monthly payment. Many thanks to Guy.
