Karen will be creating a Yin Yoga class, focusing on holding postures longer for a deep stretch. CLASSES WILL ALWAYS BE BROADCAST LIVE ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE. If ...you are unable to participate in any one of Karen’s classes, please let me know. I would be more than happy to send you a class of your choice via Facebook messenger. We hope that this opportunity to participate in a practice to enliven the body, calm the mind and fuel the soul, will be a beneficial way to spend a few minutes of your day. The class will be all levels as well as all age and will include a physical (Asana) section with breath (Pranayama), culminating in a short meditation practice.
