I hear this I get the gist of GRM often from those who’ve read our book. Or, occasionally from one who’s taken a class too . Either way my gut drops. Plain and simpleGRM is a set of actions that must be done in their entirety every time they’re used.... The actions as a whole are what is #evidencebased The knowledge of the actions (or some of them) are NOT evidence-based. If you want to recover your quality of life, you’ll need to DO what you’ve read or learned, and you’ll need to DO them with a living, hearing human. I have to do the same thing. It’s simply how GRM works. Don’t cut corners on a hope or whim unless you desire results that are...whimsical. #HeartbreakHacker #GriefCA

I’m an ambivert, a mixture of both extrovert and introvert. When it’s time to connect with my deep and heavy feelings I need me and me aloneno noise, no needs, no distractions.
