As we reopen again, we ask for your patience. The staff of Grubby Dogs is trying to reschedule your pets as quickly as possible due to the shutdown mandated by Governor Gavin Newsom of California. For those of you trying to reach us on Facebook, voice mails, emails, and on the Messanger App, we are working diligently to contact each and every one of you.

Due to California's mandate order from Governor Gavin Newsom, Grubby Dogs will be temporarily closed. Due to a spike of COVID-19 in Riverside County, nonessential businesses like Grubby Dogs are ordered to close. I will be working diligently to get better clarity the week of December 7th on these orders. Our intention is to re-open as quickly as possible and we will update our Facebook page and website as soon as we have a clear direction.

Grubby Dogs would like to remind our customers that we are unable to accept in-bound phone calls at this time. Our office phones are used to communicate with curbside drop-off and pickups. Our routine is to contact customers at the end of the day to schedule appointments. As a reminder, and for your added convenience, please make sure to have your voicemail available for us to leave messages. We have found that a significant amount of voicemails are full when we attempt to call for appointments. Therefore, we have no way to leave you a message. We know that we have the best clients anyone could ever want and appreciate your willingness to work with us during this time period. Thank you for your help and understanding.

We wanted to drop a quick note to all of our fabulous clients. Grubby Dogs strives to meet all of your needs and we appreciate your patience and support. We also want to remind you that we are still doing curbside drop off and pickups. We will post updates as they happen here on Facebook.

We are extremely backed up returning calls but I will be on the phone calling our customers starting at 11am tomorrow. Please be patient. I had 59 voicemails yesterday. Thank you in advance, Debra. A Grubby Dogs Update as of 5/13/2020: As our reservation list grew, we knew we were going to be in for a challenge. Once we opened our doors after several weeks of being closed, you have showed us how much we mean to you and we are trying to keep up our high standards as we work. Although we want to correspond with everyone in our lobby, we are unable to do that at this time. We have very strict guidelines set by the state and Grubby Dogs Staff MUST adhere to the Professional... Groomers guidelines for sanitation. To speak face-to-face is just human nature. But during the upcoming weeks, we ask that you refrain from corresponding with us in the lobby. We know that we are behind calling back clients, and our intention is to make calls as quickly as possible. Yet, at the same time it’s a juggling act to do all things at one time, I’m sure you can understand our situation. At this time I can tell you that we have scheduled out approximately 2 1/2 weeks. After a long day at work, I continue to call customers to book appointments. At one point we had 5 1/2 pages on an Excel Spreadsheet of clients on a list to call back to schedule their grooming needs. We are working as quickly as possible, but we are not willing to cut corners on our high standards of grooming. If you have felt/feel unsure if your name is on our list for a callback for a grooming appointment, please make sure to notify us by Facebook Messenger.
