Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. In that space is our entire existence. Who we are as a person, what we choose to do. Understand the space between stimulus and reaction, our world depends upon it. #vote #enviromentalist #makeadiffernce #mentalspace #mondaymotivation

Dreams are meant to be chased. I had the opportunity to tour a property that checks every box that I want in an ideal world. The problem is, is that I am not able to make this work for me. I was down on myself because I know how rare of a property this is and I don’t know if I will see another one with all of the benefits this property has.... So close, but yet so far... so I must continue. Keep improving, keep learning and growing. I will be ready the next time around. #chaseyourdreams #visionboard #dreamproperty

The demand for your home is increasing! Mortgage rates are continuing to drop even as the banks are trying to slow the refinance aspect of their businesses. Making buying a home now more affordable even though the median home price is up 17% or $109,500 from last year. The increase of housing demand in San Diego is being pushed by people who’s company just announced they are permanently moving to digital work space or work from home options for their employees.... For San Diego that means high paying employees that live in San Jose/Bay Area and world in the technology industry are moving to San Diego as it is an incredible deal in comparison. If you have thought about selling, I would love to come see your home and help build your plan to maximize your sale and find a home that fits your new normal! #sandiegorealestate #workfromhome #thewerthgroup #growwithgreg #elliman #beachhome #coastalliving #realestate #homebuyertips #homesellingtips

Kate Sessions Park is my favorite place in Pacific Beach. Incredible views of the ocean, mountains, downtown and even all the way to Mexico. This incredible park is named after an iconic person in San Diego’s history. In 1892 Kate Sessions struck a deal with the City of San Diego to lease 30 acres of land in Balboa Park (then called City Park) as her growing fields. In return, she agreed to plant 100 trees a year in the mostly barren park, as well as 300 trees a year in other... parts of San Diego. This arrangement left the park with an array of cypress, pine, oak, pepper trees and eucalyptus grown in her gardens from seeds imported from around the world. Virtually all of the older trees still seen in the park were planted by her. Among many other plant introductions, she is credited with importing and popularizing the jacaranda, now very familiar in the city. She also collected, propagated, and introduced many California native plantsto the horticulture trade and into gardens.Kate Session co-founded the San Diego Floral Association in 1907; it is the oldest garden club in Southern California. The garden club was influential in teaching San Diegans how to grow ornamental and edible plants, at a time when most San Diego landscaping consisted of dirt and sagebrush. #katesessions #katesessionspark #balboapark #sandiego #pacificbeach #park #history #withelliman #growwithgreg #gardening #openspace #realestate #sandiegorealestate #thewerthgroup @johnwilliam_photo
