Kiwi fruit is one of our favorites! Not only is it full of nutrition but it is so versatile and can be used in many different recipes. Like in Sushma’s Kitchen Kiwi Fruit Chutney recipe that we can't get enough of! Ingredients: Kiwi Fruit - 5 Oil - 2 TSP... Fenugreek seeds - TSP Jeera - 1 TSP Kalonji Seeds - 1 TSP Ginger - 1 inch Green chillies - 4 Hing - TSP Salt - as per taste Turmeric powder - TSP Black salt - TSP Sugar - 1 TSP Red chilli flakes - 1 TSP Vinegar - 1 TSP Steps: Take Kiwi Fruit peel, cute and blend to a puree, this puree goes with the tadka. In a pan add oil, fenugreek seeds, jeera seeds (1TSP), fennel seeds, kalonji seeds and stir Add ginger and green chillies Stir Add hing and salt Stir Add kiwi puree and stir Add turmeric powder and jeera powder ( TSP) Mix well Add black salt, sugar and red chilli flakes Stir Add vinegar Mix well Ready to serve! This chutney is so delicious, spicy and sweet used in place of sweet chilli sauce. It tastes best on a burger, spread for toast and also enjoyed on grilled cheese sandwiches or with wedges.
