This house is just a few blocks from Downtown Woodland and has the character my friends are looking for in a home. I came back from a quick vacation just in time to tour this beautiful space with them. It ultimately will not fit their housing needs, but you just don’t know for sure until you tour, and homes are selling quickly. Never feel bad about asking your REALTOR to show you properties.... It’s our job, and most of us love it! With COVID-19 I will not schedule a tour for an occupied property without a qualified buyer. That just isn’t fair to the seller and not worth the risk of potential exposure (even with all precautions taken). Soooo.... many times I am seeing the home for the first time with my clients.
