Something I had to share. Today at Lofings Lighting to pick up odds and ends. Ran into THE iconic Home builder & family friend Jim Streng of Streng Homes. You recognize his homes all over town, the mid century contemporaries. So we say hi, add family small talk, etc. So I ask, what brings you down to Lofings. (Jim has long been retired and about 90 yrs young). A CLIENT CALLED!, he says. A ponder a moment and he continues. Yep, they have been in a home he built for 60 years. They broke a light fixture and wanted help to locate a replacement. WHOOLY SMOKES!! That folks is customer service!!!
