What is going on with 2-4 unit properties in OC? It is really kind of hard to say by looking at closings. . . with 83 Active and 130 closed in the past 6 months, it looks like just under 4 months of inventory, but I expect sales to stall as some financing has dried up. However, I have multiple sources that are still lending, mostly hard money. The great rates require a little more hunting. Let me know if you want some help finding debt on your purchases. If you think it is going to get worse and want to get out now, let me know. I have some strategies to elevate your listing to the top of the list for offers against the competition.

Wanted: Fitness and bible accountability partner. I post more on LinkedIn than Facebook. Just finished my second static contraction workout https://peakfitpro.com/ which covers all the muscle groups first time through. Been using www.higi.com to track my BP, HR, Weight and Body Fat % for several years and need to reverse a bad trend with WT and BF. Not sure they let us use those public systems right now . . . We will see where I can take myself again. Long ago I was certifie...d as Personal Trainer through ACE and focused more on endurance athletes than body builders. You can see the static contraction equipment next to my IR sauna and the mini-trampoline. The only thing missing is the massage table folded up on the other side of the sauna, daylight and more fresh air. And I can still practice social distancing . . . Anyone want a fitness challenge partner while staying at home? I am going to do more stretching/rehab/yoga as well as my favorite short workout https://www.nytimes.com//well/strength-training-plyometrics I can get these workouts done daily without much effort and the BIG challenge is to spend twice as much time in the Bible as on physical fitness. Lot to digest there - anyone want to a fitness and bible accountability partner?
