Working out the different elements of the Lemon Gulch concept - here's a snapshot looking from the kitchen into the main living space. The view of Pikes Peak out that wall of windows is going to be amazing!

On the boards today - the upper floor guest area for the Lemon Gulch mountain modern home. I'm loving the soaking tub with corner windows in Guest 1!

I'm very excited about this modern farmhouse style home that is currently in plan check and should be built next year. I can't wait to see it built!

Project on the boards a mountain modern home on acreage outside of Denver, Colorado. This beautifully rugged land has incredible views of the surrounding mountains.

Great progress at the "cottage" stone, siding, roof, and paint are all mostly done. Exciting!

Stone is going up on the front porch and drywall is going up inside great progress!

Windows went in at the cottage this week. The progress is exciting!
