The Irvine Family Resource Center will be starting new Parent Enrichment Workshops in the Month of October to continue supporting our IUSD parents in addressing collective recovery from traumatic stressors as well as strengthening resilience strategies for our students.

Students enrolled in IUSD Virtual Academy (IVA) will have the following options: Daily grab and go meals will be available for morning and early afternoon pick-up: Morning 7-8 a.m. for families to pick up at the following sites: Jeffrey Trail Middle School, Southlake Middle School, Irvine High School and Woodbridge High School. Afternoon 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Northwood High School, Portola High School and University High School.

Students enrolled in in-person instruction academic models will have the following options for meals. When on campus Individually wrapped meals and food items will be available and served in accordance with state and local guidelines to limit contact and support physical distancing. Floors will be marked to help guide students where to stand and hand sanitizer stations will be available. Your student(s) school will provide further direction about lunch and recess/breaks. ...(See Nutrition Services safety planning below.) Looking for fun learning and enrichment activities for your child after the school day? ACE Online offers enrichment classes that allow students in grades 1-12 to connect with instructors and classmates in a virtual classroom. Sponsored by Cox Communications, online classes are kept small to provide individualized instruction and a positive online experience for all students.
