Green River Promenade

Thanks to Brianna Norwood, DREAMS, and all the volunteers and organizers who helped make the Community Christmas Vendor Fair happen at Green River Promenade yesterday. We sincerely appreciate being able to be a part of community events like this and are glad it was a success!

Exciting Update! We have Taco Bell looking at one of our PADs at Green River Promenade. They are still in the planning stage, but we are hopeful they can get a city approval to build and move forward. In other news, we have a local business owner opening up a new drive thru quick service restaurant on the other PAD. I should be able to announce details in the coming weeks as well.... We are on a path to having the center full of businesses without any vacancy, which has been the goal since 2013. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone!

Proud to announce the arrival of Choco Bakery, the newest addition to our shops at Green River Promenade! We will update with estimated opening dates once we know more, but we are excited to be 100% full, its been a long journey!

Hello All! The time of year has come again for our Fall Harvest Festival. Its being run by Food Runners this year, and its all coming together quite fast, especially in light of CF1/CF2. In addition to us, Food Runners is partnering with the Corona/Norco Settlement House for this non-profit event. Excited to announce the opening of El Encanto, Modern Mexican Grill. Soft opening starts 7/29 at 10:30AM. We are excited this day has finally arrived, and are looking forward to feedback! POST EDITED *** NOT OPEN TODAY Needless to say we have our own feedback right now and don't need anymore for now.

Hey guys, incase you didn't see the post on SDO, 3rd Annual Fall Harvest Festival is happening at Green River Promenade this year on October 22nd. We are in the planning stage, but we believe this year will be bigger and better than the last! We have great sponsors lined up and plan on doing more vendor booths! In other news we are starting to get offers on the dirt PADs for development. Right now its looking like drive through food, maybe a carwash. Here's an update from Green River Promenade. 1. Excited to announce the grand opening of Green River Mediterranean Cuisine tomorrow 8/5/16. Come check it out! 2. El Encanto Mexican Grill and Happy Hour Saloon lounge are coming along and are in the submittal process with the City of Corona, we should have some solid dates to follow up with soon.... 3. We have filled the center to 97% occupancy due in part to the great feedback this community has provided. I'd like to get some CONSTRUCTIVE feedback on the following uses for our 1 remaining vacancy. There are more uses under consideration, but this is the shortlist for now. -Barber Shop/Hair Salon - Juice Bar -Drug Store -Florist -Martial Arts -Nutrition/Vitamin Shop -Postal - Local Real Estate Office Unfortunately the "TRADER JOE'S!!!" comments aren't helping. Lets keep it realistic given the mix at the center. We only have 1,200 SF left to lease. Also, If you know anyone who wants to start up one of the above uses this would be the time to tell them about the center and have them reach out. We pride ourselves at community involvement and view it is a huge positive when we can help a local community member take the leap to open a business here in Corona. Quick update on the Center and our schedule of businesses. Corona Hills Fitness is now open. http://coronahillsfitness.com/ Green River Mediterranean Cuisine is scheduled to open in mid July.... We have one remaining vacancy at the center of approx 1,200 SF if anyone is interested in opening up a retail shop! -Orion

Just wanted to update everyone here on the new things happening at Green River Promenade. I have been asking for neighborhood feedback and I am pleased to say that due to the great response thus far, it has allowed the center to attract some new businesses I think everyone will be happy with. Here is the list of the newer Lessee's and their tentative opening schedules (by month): 1. Corona Hills Fitness (Gym), Opening April 2016. 2. Green River Mediterranean Grill (Restauran...t). Opening August 2016. 3. NEWEST: El Encanto Mexican Grill (Restaurant). Opening October 2016. Since the last update, we have signed up a new Mexican restaurant to the center at suite #101, we are very excited about this! In other news, for our few remaining vacancies, prospective new businesses owners are proposing new uses ranging from Beer/Wine bars to Brazilian Fusion. Any more feedback on other uses at the center would be appreciated, it helps us market and also helps us provide the business you want to shop at and to the restaurants you want to eat at so you don't have to drive 20 minutes every-time you want to go out for dinner!

Minor Update from Green River Promenade: We listened to your feedback! Just signed a lease with a Mediterranean Fish Grill for Suite #118. The Corona Police Department is being relocated to Suite #112.... Thanks everyone for contributing, and I hope to have more good news and an opening date for our gym Corona Hills Fitness sometime in Feb/March.

This new gym will be a great addition to the center, and we are excited they decided to open up shop here in Corona!
