As an agency who stands firmly with the Black Lives Matter movement, we will close early today to recognize Juneteenth and focus on self-development. The recent events carried out against Black Americans have been highly reflective of the crucial work that still needs to be done for equality. Our first action in the fight against systemic racism will be cultivating long term agency wide conversation around where we can continually improve our own culture to ensure our employe...es of color, along with the entirety of our staff, feel heard, safe and know we all take a strong stance on this essential human rights issue. Tackling challenges with intention has always been the Greenhaus way. That’s why we are looking inward together. Our participation in this movement has no deadline. This year, the IPW bar was set high, especially since our client Visit Anaheim was the host city to thousands of global attendees. As part of the #UncommonCharacter wow factor, Greenhaus created a larger than life lobby activation that stopped convention goers in their tracks. A monumental collage of Anaheim characters greeted the attendees on entry of the Anaheim Convention Center while flat screens played a highlight reel of U.S. Travel Association's IPW live social feed. If that wasn't enough, life size activations presented opportunities for attendees to #getanimated and take photos on the #DuchessofDucks throne or get some down time on the velvet couch with #TheRetailTherapist.
