Letter from Dish Network in regards to this weekends outage.

Dish Network is currently experiencing nationwide issues with some of their channel feeds and set-top boxes. These issues are a result of Dish Network rolling out a new software platform on their back-end. At this time we do not have an estimated time of resolution, but we will pass updates on to you as we receive them. Maintenance Update: The construction work on Puerto was required in preparation of major street improvement work scheduled to commence in June. Over 5,000 feet of new conduit was installed in 5 days. All street cutting has been completed and new infrastructure has been installed. Clean up of the streets will be completed by mid-week. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Maintenance Notice: We will be performing field maintenance on the fiber-optic system on Puerto from 5/14 through 5/18. Please do not park on the street between 6am-6pm so our crews can complete their work as swiftly as possible. Fiber services should not be interrupted by this work.

With the games just around the corner we have updated our channel offerings. You will be able to find the Olympic Channel on basic channel 94; customers with Dish Network receivers can find it on 389.

Greenfield is pleased to announce that the Yule log channel is back! From now, until 1/2/18, you will be able to find the Yule log on basic channel 94; customers with Dish Network receivers can find it on channel 198.

We are pleased to announce that Dish Network has reached an agreement with CBS. Both KMAX(CW) and KOVR (CBS) should be available on your televisions.

Dish Network's contract with CBS has expired. As they have not been able to come to an agreement KMAX(CW) and KOVR (CBS) will not be available during the dispute. Dish is actively working to reach a fair and reasonable agreement with CBS so that the channels can be restored. During the dispute these channels will not be available to televisions on Greenfield's Cable system.

Due to the ongoing repaving and SMUD work in Rancho Murieta, some customers may experience temporary service loss. Currently, work is ongoing in the areas of Via Sereno, Camino de Luna, Lago, and Carreta. Customers in these areas may experience intermittent outages throughout the day; we are working with both parties to make sure any outages are restored as quickly as possible.
