This is a video inspecting the anchor chain of race mark "Monterey for Ventura Yacht Club in addition to removing several hundred pounds of mussels. Anchor chains corrode over time and sections need to be replaced every couple years. In this video we see the riser chain worn below 50% where it connects to the wear chain section. We will be returning to this mark sooner rather than later to replace the worn riser section.
